Ochir Daginas LLC, which supplies 25 percent of the Mongolian meat market, has a production capacity of 5-6 tons per day of more than 60 types of meat products using German technology and recipes that meet international standards for meat production, such as ISO22000, HACCP and GMP. The opening ceremony of Mongolia’s first powerful plant took place on June 25, 2018. Eighty percent of the new plant is automated, and sterilization is valued at all stages of production. During the opening ceremony, the first contract to export products was signed with the Korean company Natural Core.
